Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations (返品・交換・キャンセルについて)
* Made-to-Order Items: Because items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or style) once production has begun.
* Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at lpw32signs@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Defective Products / Return Shipping Costs (不良品の返品送料)
