1) About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website (https://www.32signs.co/) and any purchase made from the 32Signs online shop. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.
2) Japanese Commercial Disclosure (Tokushōhō)

3) Products & Made-to-Order Production
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, and print placements as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and print positioning may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings, screen calibrations, and digital printing techniques. Most 32Signs products are made to order upon placement of your request. Product availability and specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4) Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our items are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is submitted. Once production has commenced, we are generally unable to modify, cancel, or alter order details (including size, color, design, or shipping address). Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
5) Prices, Taxes & Payments
* Currency: Prices are displayed in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise.
* Taxes & VAT: Displayed prices do not include local import duties, sales taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) that may apply in your home jurisdiction unless explicitly stated at checkout.
* Payment Processing: Full payment must be completed at the time of checkout via our supported payment gateways.
* Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or an obvious pricing or typographical error.
6) Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders worldwide using third-party fulfillment and carrier services.
* Estimated Times: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier bottlenecks, weather events, or peak holiday periods.
* Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and reachable shipping address. We are not liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7) Customs, Import Duties & Foreign Taxes
For international shipments outside of Japan, orders may be subject to customs duties, import clearance fees, handling fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 32Signs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amounts.
8) Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy prior to completing your purchase. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Returns & Refunds Policy regarding a refund or return claim, the Returns & Refunds Policy shall govern.
* EU & UK Statutory Exemption: Under applicable European and UK consumer laws, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized once production has commenced, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photos, images, text, and overall visual appearance—is the exclusive intellectual property of 32Signs or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 32Signs, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or products purchased. Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for that specific order.
